Product Description
The Fully Automatic Round Cake Board Edge Wrapping Production Line completes feeding through Feeder and servo positioning, and the face paper can be in sawtooth shape and round shape. After gluing, visual photo positioning, the coordinate parameter data of the paper position is transmitted to Yamaha robot. Through servo, mechanical positioning, visual parameter information transmission and program algorithm, the density board and round board of other materials, and the face paper can be perfectly fit each other, the fitting accuracy is less than 0.2mm ( the dimensional accuracy of the product is related).
After the round panel is fitted with the face paper, the manipulator automatically puts the fitted material into the automatic edge wrapping machine. Automatic edge wrapping machine completes the edge wrapping action, making the product more regular, beautiful and unified.
