Our fully automatic cardboard edge wrapping machine is specially designed for cake mat products. It integrates advanced technologies such as visual laminating machines and robots, and is intelligent, efficient and stable. The equipment includes two machines, round and square, which can meet the different needs of round and square cake mats. The machine automatically completes the edge wrapping action, and the edge wrapping action is precise, making the finished product not only more regular, but also more beautiful and unified. 

 

This equipment can be used for corrugated cardboard cake mats, density board cake mats, and thick industrial cardboard cake mats.The automatic line can realize automatic edge wrapping production, which can save 10-20 people.

Equipment production process:

The Fully Automatic Round Cake Board Edge Wrapping Production Line achieves raw material feeding through an advanced Feeder system paired with servo positioning technology. The face paper can be customized to either a sawtooth or round shape. Once the gluing,visual photo positioning process finished, the precise coordinate parameter data of the paper position is then transmitted to the highly efficient Yamaha robot. Through a synergy of servo and mechanical positioning, combined with sophisticated visual parameter information transmission and an advanced program algorithm, the MDF board and other material round boards can be impeccably matched with the face paper.

The precision of this fit is less than 0.2mm in accuracy(depending on the product's dimensional accuracy)
Once the round panel is fitted with the face paper, the sophisticated manipulator takes out the panels and automatically into the automatic edge wrapping machine. This machine executes the edge wrapping action with precision, resulting in finished produc ts that are not only more regular but also exquisite in its beauty and uniformity.

Equipment production process

Automatic square cake mat edge wrapping machine, through the flying and service positioning automatically complete the feeding, and the face paper can be used in square products. After gluing, visual photo positioning, the paper position coordinate parameter information is transmitted to the Yamaha robot.
