Equipment production process:

The HB-P001 high-speed intelligent paper plate (tray) machine adopts linear forming, with paper feeding, forming and collecting in a straight line. Compared with traditional paper plate (tray) machines, HB-P001 has the advantages of stable forming, high efficiency and labor saving.

HB-P001 adopts a double-station hydraulic press. The two stations are controlled by different motors. The two stations can work separately, so that one machine can produce cardboards of different sizes and shapes at the same time. The main working principle of this machine is the hydraulic system, which has the advantages of easy operation and stable forming. 

The machine adopts PLC and full-process photoelectric tracking. The machine works fully automatically, safely and intelligently, and can be directly connected to the packaging machine and supporting production line.

The HB-TP001 Thickening paper tray forming machine is developed and designed based on market demand,mainly for regular paper trays, special-shaped paper trays, deep paper bowls, and enlarged thickened paper trays. 

HB-TP001 recombines the principle of hydraulic and mechanical combination, and the paper feeding servo motor is controlled, which is accurate and in place, and the robot closes and stacks the trays. Compared with the traditional fully automatic paper tray machine,HB-TP001 has a higher tray output rate, more convenient operation and maintenance, and more stability. 

HB-TP001 is widely used in the production of base paper or aluminum foil as raw materials. It can produce different specifications by changing molds, round plate and square plate, especially deep paper plate, and overcome the problem of difficult collection.
