Equipment production process:

This equipment is driven by a servo motor to realize automatic feeding of ribbon edges, automatic cutting and breaking of ribbons, automatic glue rolling, and automatic ribbon and strip wrapping functions after positioning and rotating the center of the circular plate.

This equipment can be used for edge banding of circular corrugated cardboard boxes and density boards.

Step-by-Step Equipment Production Process:

 

The Fully Automatic Round Cake Board Edge Wrapping Production Line epitomizes precision with its advanced Feeder system and servo positioning technology for raw material feeding. Customizable face paper options include sawtooth or round shapes. Following gluing and visual photo positioning, the precise coordinate parameter data of the paper position is transmitted to the highly efficient Yamaha robot. Through a harmonious blend of servo and mechanical positioning, along with sophisticated visual parameter information transmission and an advanced program algorithm, MDF boards and other material round boards are flawlessly matched with the face paper, achieving an astounding precision fit of less than 0.2mm in accuracy (subject to the product's dimensional accuracy).

Post fitting, the sophisticated manipulator extracts the round panels and seamlessly feeds them into the automatic edge wrapping machine. This highly precise machine executes the edge wrapping action flawlessly, producing finished products that are not only consistently regular but also richly beautiful and uniformly exquisite.
